This policy applies to information submitted through the private enquiry, training application and hospitality project enquiry forms on this site.
Last updated: 30 August 2026
Enquiries, applications and project correspondence are managed by FUNDL MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCIES on behalf of Chef Jin Yoshida’s private culinary practice. Requests concerning your information can be made through the enquiry channel linked at the end of this policy.
We collect only what you submit through the private enquiry, training application and project enquiry forms:
Nothing further is requested, and no additional profiling information is collected by these forms.
Submitted information is used to acknowledge and reply to enquiries, review applications, consider individual training or project engagements, and coordinate dates, proposals and pre-contract correspondence. It is also used to keep the forms operating correctly and prevent misuse, and to meet obligations required by law. Information is not sold, and it is not used for advertising or third-party marketing.
We process information with your consent, given when you submit a form; to respond to the enquiry or application you asked us to review; to arrange matters before any agreement is entered into; and, where applicable, for the legitimate purpose of operating this practice and its correspondence.
A CV and a food or portfolio image may be attached to a training application. Both are optional. Each file is limited to 2MB; CVs are accepted as PDF, DOC or DOCX and portfolio uploads as image files. Uploads are used only to review your application or enquiry and are never published.
This site runs on third-party website hosting, and form submissions are transmitted to the enquiry management channel used to receive and review them. These providers process information only as needed to deliver and hold your submission on our behalf. Information may be shared with them, or with professional advisers, only to that extent or where required by law.
Hosting and enquiry management services may operate outside the United Arab Emirates, so your information may be transmitted and processed internationally.
Information is kept only as long as necessary to review and respond to your enquiry, application or project discussion, and for any resulting engagement. It may be retained longer where required for legal, contractual or dispute-related reasons. Guest, applicant and client identities are treated as confidential.
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect submitted information, including encrypted transmission and limited access to enquiry correspondence. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the information you submitted, ask for corrections, request deletion, withdraw your consent, or ask how your information is handled. Requests can be made through the enquiry channel below.
This practice and its services are intended for professional and adult enquiries. The forms are not directed to children, and minors are not expected to submit personal information without the involvement of a parent or guardian.
This policy may be updated from time to time. When it changes, the revised date shown on this page will be updated.
To ask about, access, correct or delete the information you submitted, use the enquiry page.
